Fresco Kane releases his single “Can I” on all streaming platforms.
Hailing from East St. Louis, IL, Fresco Kane started making songs to instrumentals of his favorite artists in the 6th grade. From there he has created a very successful music career.
Influenced by 90’s R&B, Fresco Kane has drawn inspiration from artists such as the Jackson 5, New Edition and Kriss Kross. He later began to look up to Jermaine Dupri and Jazze Pha.
On his forthcoming project, Fresco Kane is pushing a more “melodic vibe.”
“I am singing a little more than rapping on this project. I’m making the type of music I always wanted to make from the very beginning of my career,” says Fresco Kane. “I’m only doing what feels right.”
In the upcoming year Fresco plans to drop plenty of new songs and videos. In additin, he plans to tour the cities that are streaming his music the most.
His new single, “Can I,” is produced by LT Moe of The Dropkix. The track contains a sample from Guy originally produced by Teddy Riley, who gave his blessing on use of the sample.
Fresco Kane has an upcoming untitled EP as well as about 50 additional unreleased songs. The video for “Can I” is currently in the treatment stages by a couple of different producers.
“My big homie, Jermaine Dupri, is also being very instrumental in the rollout of this project…so GET READY!” Fresco Kane said in a recent statement.
